I only sell handmade and custom jewelry and I have strong values on humanitarian issues. I admire every customer, no matter how difficult things get and appreciate your time and constructive criticism. We, (Customers and I) Not just as a team, also as family that I will keep you well informed about our products and brands that we always have the best information for our customers. We celebrate Black Lives here! We celebrate God and Jesus Christ love for us. We celebrate All forms of life in here! We celebrate beauty here! We celebrate families here, as jewelry often stays within families. We will always try to make an extra step. I will always try to exceed the expectation of our customers. I will go as far as I possibly can to attract a customer back to my store and connect with me. Every client that departs my store knows more about jewelry because we passionately told them about it in a note that comes with every piece including the inspiration for why it was made and the origin of item. No customer will leave here without me proposing a little additional assistance, a small repair at a discount price, or even just a little gift for their child, grandchild or themselves free of charge. ( think about a little box, a polishing cloth, a little wrapped chocolate in the form of a diamond etc. sent just as a thank you for giving us as a team a try).
